From Us to Your Doorstep (or Dogstep)

At MMNB®, we’re committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and secure shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our updated shipping policy below:

1. Order Fulfillment & Tracking

• Orders are dispatched twice a week, every Monday and Thursday (excluding public holidays).

• Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an order update along with a tracking number via email or SMS.

• All deliveries are handled by our trusted third-party logistics partners (e.g., Rayspeed, DHL, JET, etc.).

• You will receive delivery notifications directly from the courier before a delivery attempt is made.

2. Delivery Responsibility

• Couriers will make reasonable efforts to notify the recipient in advance before attempting delivery.

• Any order marked as “Delivered” by the courier is considered successfully fulfilled, regardless of whether someone is present to receive it.

• MMNB® is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

• We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available at the delivery address or closely monitoring the tracking link to receive the package on time.

3. Damaged Items Upon Arrival

All orders are packed with care and dispatched in good condition. If your item arrives damaged:

• You must contact MMNB® within 3 days (H+3) of receiving the package.

• Please provide clear photos of the outer packaging and product condition.

• Send your report via email to support@shopmomonobu.com, including your order number.
  Our team will assess your case and assist you promptly.

4. Lost or Unreceived Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

• Check with neighbors, building staff, or security in case it was received on your behalf.

• Contact the courier directly using the provided tracking number.

• MMNB® can help facilitate communication with the courier, but please note we are not responsible for packages after the courier has confirmed delivery.
