    For optimal care, we recommend hand washing, avoiding ironing and bleaching, and opting for air-drying. However, if you prefer machine washing, select the gentle cycle for best results while maintaining the quality of your MOMO+NOBU® items.
  • How long does order processing take at MOMO+NOBU®?
    At MOMO+NOBU®, we process orders within 24 hours (H+1) during our working days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed once we're back online. We take an additional 2-3 days to meticulously prepare and ship your order, ensuring that each item meets our quality standards before it's on its way to you.

  • How many days will you hold order for manual payment?
    We will hold +3 working days from the day you placed the order. Please don't forget to request a verification for your payment. If in total 4 days, we haven't received any payment or verification request, with the heavy heart we have to cancel the order unilaterally.
