  • What is the best way to care for my MMNB® products?
    For the best care of your MMNB® products, we recommend hand washing, avoiding ironing and bleaching, and air-drying. If you choose to machine wash, use the gentle cycle to maintain the quality of your items.
  • How long does order processing take at MMNB®?
    At MMNB®, we process orders within 24-48 hours (H+1-2) during our working days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed once we're back online (Monday). We take an additional 2-3 days to meticulously prepare and ship your order, ensuring that each item meets our quality standards before it's on its way to you. We dispatch our packages every two days, three times a week before 3 PM.

  • How long will you hold my order for manual payment?
    We will hold your order for 3 working days from the date of placement. Please ensure you request payment verification within this period. If we do not receive payment or a verification request within 4 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel the order.
  • Do you have a standard size chart?
    Yes, we do! Our standard size chart applies to our basic designs, but some styles require different fitting and sizing. For specific measurements, please refer to the size chart attached in each product description. You can also check our standard size chart here,
  • Do you offer worldwide shipping, and are there any customs fees?
    Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. However, customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. Orders shipped to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hongkong, Indonesia, United States, United Kingdom are exempt from customs tax, but for other destinations, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details or you can ask for our assistance to make sure.
