At MMNB®, we’re committed to delivering a smooth, transparent, and secure shopping experience. Please read our updated shipping policy below:

 

1. Order Fulfillment & Tracking
* Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order update and tracking number via email or SMS.
* All deliveries are handled by our third-party logistics partners (e.g., Rayspeed, DHL, Jet etc.).
* You will receive notifications directly from the courier before delivery is attempted.

 

2. Delivery Responsibility
* The courier will make efforts to notify the recipient in advance before attempting delivery.
* Regardless of whether someone is available to receive the package, any order marked as “Delivered” by the courier is considered successfully fulfilled and outside MMNB®’s responsibility.
* MMNB® is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the courier.
* Please ensure someone is available or monitor the tracking link for timely receipt.

 

3. Damaged Items Upon Arrival
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, you must:
* Contact MMNB® within 3 days (H+3) of receiving the package
* Send clear photos showing the outer packaging and product condition
* Report the issue via email (support@shopmomonobu.com) with your order number
Our team will evaluate your case and assist you promptly.

 

4. Lost or Unreceived Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:
* Check with neighbors, building staff, or security
* Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
* MMNB® can help facilitate communication, but we are not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed
